HOW TO APPLY
The following is a step-by-step guide intended to assist the applicant.
Step 1 – Apply for Admission: Apply using the online admissions application form or apply physically with hard copies of documents at the Rawalpindi Flying Club admission office.
Step 2 – Appear for Initial Appearance Test: The applicant has to appear for the initial test. This test is used to check the general ability and knowledge required for the aviation industry.
Step 3 – Appear for Initial Interview: The applicant must physically appear in front of the interviewing panel. In case the applicant is out of the city/county then he may send an email to request to schedule an online interview.
Step 4 – All the successful applicants will be given a doctor’s appointment letter from Rawalpindi Flying Club.
Step 5 – Update and upload record on the PCAA website (Medical area) before appearing to the doctor for a medical test.
Step 6 – Pay the Initial fee
Step 7 – Classes Announcement
Step 8 – Submit all the documents to the Rawalpindi Flying Club office.
Documents Include:
1- Medical Certificate CAA-43.
2- Photocopy of qualification certificate duly attested from IBCC (Intermediate or equivalent for CPL applicants, and Matric or equivalent for PPL applicants).
3- Photocopy of National Identity Card. (For above 18 years. For below 18 years, Form ‘B’).
4- Photocopy of Passport (foreign nationals only).
5- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from concerned Armed Forces/Government Department, if applicable.
6- 10 colored photographs 1 X 1 Inch (Both ears visible, head uncovered & blue background).
7- Photocopies of Certificates of higher education, other Licenses, foreign qualifications, and courses may be attached.
8- Fee Voucher/Authorization.
9- Security Clearance Performa CAAF-621 along with IB Performa..
